• November 1, 2025- April 30, 2026  $5,800

  $2000 non-refundable deposit due by 3/15/2025 to hold your reservation. 

Balance of $3,800 due by September 1, 2025.

Select RV sites are now available at a special price! Act fast before we are full again! Starting with December, a $750 monthly rate is available. This requires a 3 month minimum stay. To reserve January - February & March, the $2250 fee is required now to hold your space. Electric payments to Florida Power & Light are paid directly by the renter.
